Lauren Buffington is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty's South Tampa office. A sixth-generation Floridian, she combines extensive sales leadership, builder-side expertise and deep knowledge of the Tampa Bay market to deliver a highly personalized real estate experience. Throughout her career, Lauren has helped more than 250 families buy and sell homes across Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee counties, representing over $148 million in sales.

Before joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Lauren served as director of sales for a leading Tampa Bay homebuilder. She guided on-site sales teams across multiple master-planned communities and brought new developments from launch through sellout. Her involvement in pricing strategy, market positioning and community development provides customers with valuable insight into new construction, negotiations and the factors that influence a property's long-term value.

Lauren previously spent 13 years producing high-profile meetings, incentive programs and global events for Fortune 500 companies. As director of operations for a premier event production firm, she managed teams of more than 20 professionals, negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts and cultivated executive relationships across international markets. This demanding work shaped her meticulous approach to real estate: listening carefully, anticipating needs and taking ownership of every detail from consultation through closing.

Originally from Ocala, Lauren earned a bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in computer sciences from the University of Florida. A licensed Broker in the state of Florida, she is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Junior League of Tampa and the Tampa Bay Builders Association, as well as a past member of the association's Sales and Marketing Council, where she served as builder director. She also mentors the next generation as an advisor to her legacy sorority chapter.

Lauren lives in Tampa with her husband and daughter. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering for the Florida Gators, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning. Her authentic connection to Florida, sophisticated market perspective and relationship-first philosophy allow her to provide buyers and sellers with trusted guidance and an elevated level of service.
